A new chapter begins at Kimball Middle School! Gilbane Building joined Elgin School District U-46, DLA Architects, Ltd., students, educators, and community members to celebrate the ribbon cutting for the school’s completed $65 million addition and renovation project. The project added 53,000 SF of new classrooms, science labs, and collaborative learning spaces, while comprehensive renovations modernized existing classrooms and upgraded critical building systems. Improvements to traffic flow, parking, landscaping, and outdoor learning areas also create a safer, more connected campus experience. We are proud to have helped bring the district’s vision to life and deliver a future-ready environment where generations of students can learn, grow, and shape what comes next. Students at William M. Davies, Jr. Career and Technical High School are one step closer to modern learning spaces built for what comes next. Gilbane joined school leaders, state officials and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of a 48,000 SF expansion in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Through design-build delivery, the project will create permanent facilities for the Health Careers program and flexible technical labs that can adapt to evolving workforce needs. New spaces will support the school’s Health Careers, Electrical & Renewable Energy, and Pre-Engineering programs. Phased construction and swing space solutions will keep academic and technical instruction moving throughout the work. This milestone marks an important step toward stronger learning opportunities for Davies students and Rhode Island’s future workforce. Tonight, the Buffalo Bills take the field for their home opener and the first regular-season game at the new Highmark Stadium. Before tonight’s first snap, project teams helped turn complex plans into reality. Fans now have a new place to connect, celebrate, and experience game day together. Players, coaches, and staff have a new home for the season ahead. Gilbane Building | Turner Construction Company, in association with 34 Group, Inc. and ARC - Advancing Revolutionary Construction, delivered the new Highmark Stadium for the Buffalo Bills. The project team included Populous as designer and Legends Global as the project management firm. More than 6,000 craft workers brought this bold vision to life. Built for the roar. Built for the people. Built for what comes next.

Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we pause to remember those who were lost and the families and communities forever changed. A three-year transformation is complete at M&T Bank Stadium, delivering a modernized, world-class destination built to serve Baltimore for years to come. Gilbane is proud to have worked alongside the Maryland Stadium Authority, Baltimore Ravens, Gensler, Corenic Construction, and our many trade partners to help bring this complex, multi-phased renovation to life. Throughout construction, the stadium remained operational, continuing to welcome fans and host major sporting and entertainment events, requiring careful planning, collaboration, and execution at every stage. The completed transformation enhances the fan experience with new premium, hospitality, retail, social, and entertainment spaces while making critical infrastructure investments that extend the life and year-round potential of this important public asset. More than an investment in a stadium, these improvements are an investment in Baltimore, helping create new opportunities to bring people together, attract events, support economic activity, and strengthen the stadium’s role in the community. What a view! These bird’s-eye photos capture the incredible progress taking shape on Tampa General Hospital's Davis Islands campus. The new Surgical, Neurosciences and Transplant Pavilion will add nearly 565,000 SF of advanced healthcare space, expanding TGH’s ability to deliver world-class care while creating an elevated experience for patients, families, and care teams. The 13-story pavilion will feature 32 operating rooms, 90 prep and recovery beds, private acuity-adaptable patient rooms, a live donor transplant suite, and dedicated spaces designed to support future healthcare needs. Proud to help bring TGH’s vision for the future of healthcare to life.
