This National Bulk Equipment (NBE) liquid drum filling system is engineered-to-application for filling of high-viscosity material. Before filling, an air rinser removes contaminants from drums, protecting product quality. The multi-lane design enables simultaneous filling of two drums to increase material throughput and total process yield. Integral net-weigh scales and overhead nozzles achieve a fill accuracy of +/- 2 pounds per weighment, reducing material waste and rework caused by overfill or underfill events.
