    I would like to take a moment to share a very special Good Deed that our team recently had the opportunity to support for His House, an incredible organization dedicated to helping children and families in need. Together, our team collected baby items and essential supplies to support the little ones and families who need them most. It was truly inspiring to see everyone come together for such a meaningful cause. A special thank you to the NWST Miami Gardens team, especially Alexa Suarez, Melody Atoche, Andrea Arrieta, and Benjamin Herrera, for your generosity, support, and willingness to make a difference. I would also like to recognize Diana Coto and Neide Barroso for helping organize this initiative and ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. Your teamwork, dedication, and big hearts helped make this Good Deed a success. Moments like these remind us that even the smallest act of kindness can have a lasting impact. I am incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who participated. Thank you all for helping us give back to our community and making this effort so special. 💙

    Happy birthday to one of our favorite teammates, the iconic Mouse outside our Ringgold, GA location! Fifty-seven years ago, he began his pest control career. Since then, he's become a local legend, standing proudly outside, nibbling his cheese and greeting the countless people driving by. We're thankful this incredible Mouse joined our very own in 2024, strengthening our customer experience and bringing along an incredible team. We're proud to celebrate his special day as part of the Northwest family!

Providing lunch to the First Responders who are stationed at the Marietta Square is always a good opportunity to honor our First Responders.     Full termite panic mode turned into a customer for life. Greg King, Commercial Account Executive, reminded us what extraordinary service looks like through clear communication, patient education, and honest guidance. Marissa T. shared that Greg was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and never made her feel pressured. He took time to explain the process, answer every question, and help her feel confident in her decision. Greg honors our Northwest service standard of Communication by listening to customer needs, educating them on our service, and clearly setting expectations before and after the visit.
