How do you build momentum in your career and move from executing the work to shaping what’s next? Rollins’ Women+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) brought teammates together to explore workplace visibility, career growth, influence and leadership. Hosted by Women in Technology (WIT) CEO Heather Rocker, the event featured remarks from Rollins Chief Information Officer Renee Pearson, followed by a panel featuring women from across Rollins and interactive conversations with participants. Jennifer Brumfield, B.C.E, Robbie Hudec and Jennifer M. Williams shared perspectives from their career journeys and experiences navigating growth and leadership. Key takeaways included: - Build relationships. Get to know people, build trust and find people who will champion your ideas.  - Be visible. Speak up, ask questions and present facts and data.    - Get comfortable being uncomfortable. “You don’t grow in comfortable places.”  - Keep growing. Lean in, find what excites you and don’t be afraid to try something new.  The insights shared throughout the event reinforced the importance of trusting your voice, building connections and embracing growth. Together, the women of Rollins are helping shape our future and the future of the pest management industry. Thank you to everyone who participated!

As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day, Rollins extends our sincere wishes for a happy Fourth of July to our teammates, customers and the communities we serve. This year's celebration is especially meaningful as our nation commemorates 250 years of independence, offering an opportunity to celebrate our history, reflect on the values that unite us and enjoy time with family and friends. What happens when you mix two hours of teamwork, trivia and a room full of Rollins volunteers? A lot of bikes built for a great cause! Last week, we partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta at our headquarters to build bikes for local children. Teammates competed in trivia to earn bike parts, then worked together to assemble bikes, decorate helmets and write encouraging notes for the children who will receive them. The energy, teamwork and generosity in the room reflected what Rollins Gives is all about — showing up for our communities in meaningful, hands-on ways. A big thank-you to the event organizers and teammates who showed up to make an impact.  

In recognition of World Pest Day on June 6, we celebrate the global pest management industry and its role in defending health across borders. From homes to hospitals and farms to cities, pest management professionals help safeguard people, food and public health every single day. As World Pest Day marks its 10th year, the pest management industry continues to evolve, becoming more connected, collaborative and essential than ever.
