🚨 This is a big one. We’re hiring a VP of Product & Design at Serve Robotics — and this is one of those roles that will have a meaningful hand in shaping what comes next for us. We’re building autonomous robots that operate in the real world, alongside real people. That means Product & Design at Serve isn’t just about what happens on a screen. It’s about the entire experience — our robots, our customers, our partners, our operators, and the people who interact with Serve every day. We’re looking for a leader who can bring Product and Design together under one strong vision and help answer some big questions: 🤖 What should the next generation of experiences with autonomous robots look like? 🎯 Where should we place our biggest product bets? 🎨 How do we make incredibly complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and delightful? 📈 How do we balance what customers need today with what we need to build for tomorrow? 👥 And how do we build and develop an exceptional Product & Design organization to make it all happen? This person will work across Engineering, Operations, Data, Business Development, Program Management, Safety, Policy, and more to turn strategy into products and experiences that work at scale. We’re especially interested in leaders who have built and scaled complex technology products — robotics, autonomy, AI, mobility, logistics, hardware + software, or similarly challenging environments.
