Quality content > over-engineered checklists 🙅🏾 As founder of the Bulletproof Handyman, Ray Duke points out, forcing rigid keywords into creator briefs backfires because AI models don't prioritize keyword density; they prioritize human engagement. The key? Optimize for humans first, and AI will follow.

Still building your entire content calendar by staring at a blank page every Sunday. AI generates a full month of content ideas in one sitting. But the blank page therapy is very creative I am sure.

Chatting with AI is quickly becoming one of the easiest ways to get things done and find information. So we’re bringing that experience into Storyblok with Storyblok Agents. It’s a new AI-powered layer for content operations that helps teams work with their content in a more natural way. Instead of digging through folders or clicking around the CMS, editors and marketers can simply ask, explore, and take action in their space through a conversational interface. Generic AI copy is losing. Everyone got the same tool, so everyone sounds the same. The 2026 content data is blunt about it: what wins now is proof, sharp structure and a recognisable founder voice. What loses is fluent, competent, forgettable text that could have come from any brand in your category. Volume was the advantage for about eighteen months. It is not anymore. If you deleted your logo, would anyone know the post was yours? #ContentMarketing #BrandVoice #AIcontent #AIforfounders #TechAIRevolution

🚀 Higgsfield engineer Adil has mapped out a faceless YouTube workflow designed to turn a channel idea into an automated business using GPT-6 Astra and Higgsfield. In under eight minutes, the walkthrough moves from niche selection and RPM analysis to research, original scripting, AI visuals, voiceovers, music, editing, titles, descriptions, and thumbnail testing. The bigger idea isn’t just generating one video. It’s connecting every step into a repeatable system — then saving that workflow as a reusable skill so the next upload doesn’t start from zero. The course also includes a thumbnail guide and ready-made script skills, offering a concrete starting point for creators exploring AI-powered media operations. Could this kind of workflow really support a $39K-per-month faceless channel? Can your team describe the offer in one sentence? Try this before writing another campaign: We help [one buyer] with [one recurring problem] by delivering [something concrete]. Then fill in four lines: What the buyer receives: What we need from them: What is outside the scope: What happens next: Here's an example, not a client result: "We help founders turn raw recordings into edited videos with trimming, relevant B-roll and captions." That tells someone what the work is. "We transform your content with AI" leaves them guessing. Use the same clear brief for your website, sales calls and content. AI can help draft the words once the team agrees what they mean.

AI can give anyone a reasonable answer, but it cannot share what you learned from actually being in the room. That perspective is what makes your content valuable. Grab the Executive POV Starter Brief in the comments to turn one insight into a post, message, or email.

Writers and creatives avert your eyes 🙈you’re not gonna like this question: Do you ever wonder if just giving in to the AI overlords and pushing out a bunch of content is actually the only way to succeed today? I still spend hours copyediting and reviewing things. But at this point isn’t it just AI that is consuming the content too? So should I still be optimizing for humans with critical eyes for creative writing. Or, for the bots that surface up suggestions to the critical humans? As with all things the answer is probably somewhere in the middle. But I feel like I have to at least experiment with letting the machines run a campaign to see if the results really are that much better/ worse. Obviously I’ll build lots of reviews cycles into the automation processes …. But I’m curious if anyone else has tested this or has already let go and let AI take the wheel.

First came the models. What comes next? Models for the most part have hit escape velocity on intelligence, so what else can be done. As with human nature, my prediction is that we eventually stop obsessing about the next new model, benchmarks and more from a consumer standpoint and start actually leveraging them in a way that they become what I like to call a “subconscious” in the stack. The same way businesses became internet native businesses alongside organizations, we are entering that era in the AI space where, models become the foundation and ecosystems will be built on top of them. So the question is, how are you approaching this as an individual, business, organization or government? Comment below 👇🏾

1. AI content quality comes from sequence, not the model you pick. 2. Single prompt hit 38% retention; four step sequence reached 71% and fewer edits. 3. Kompozy locks voice with Brand Prompt Lane and forces angle before drafting. 4. Skip the pre draft gate and you invite repetition and drift plus heavier edits. 5. Quality follows a simple gate: sources, persona, angle, then draft and edit.

The move from last-click only to valuing AI recommendations is the big one. Honest, expert creator reviews are exactly what those AI answers end up citing.
