Hi Microsoft! I had a Microsoft recruiter reach out about a role in 2025. While I wasn't selected, which is totally okay, I was surprised to learn about companies like "The Super Coach" (https://www.thesuper.coach/welcome), run by Shreya Mehta 🚀, which charge $2K-$10K and markets “Land your job in 90 days or less,” and a $10K “Done for you” tier that includes job applications. It also states, “Our clients work at the top companies around the world,” with Microsoft presented, suggesting its paying clients have already obtained roles there. A few questions: 1. Does Microsoft have any relationship with The Super Coach? 2. Do paying clients receive access, referrals, interviews, or consideration unavailable to direct applicants? 3. Does Microsoft permit paid third parties to submit applications for candidates? 4. Has Microsoft authorized The Super Coach to use Microsoft’s name or brand? 5. Do any Microsoft recruiters, employees, contractors, or vendors have a referral, financial, business, or sourcing relationship with The Super Coach? I’m not alleging any illegal behavior or wrongdoing by Microsoft or The Super Coach. I would like to understand what advantages, if any, a paying client has in seeking employment at Microsoft.

A quantum stack should be accepted as a hybrid workflow, not as a chip demonstration. I would measure which subproblem crosses the classical–quantum boundary, the encoding and queue overhead, error-mitigation cost, reproducibility across runs, and the classical fallback when the QPU adds no advantage. Independent access for DARPA is valuable because it can test the system boundary, not merely the device headline.

Quantum computing is a great example of how major technological advances require sustained research, collaboration, and testing rather than a single breakthrough. It’s encouraging to see investments that connect scientific innovation with potential real-world applications.

The framing as a "journey" is convenient because it removes any deadline for accountability. Every large tech company investing in quantum says the same thing — progress is real, timelines are vague, and the ask is always more patience and more funding. Having DARPA do independent testing is a good signal, but the real question people should ask is what specific milestones would make you say "this path isn't working." Without that, journey language can cover a very long road to nowhere.

One of the biggest challenges in quantum computing is qubit stability — today’s systems require extreme conditions like ultra-low temperatures and are highly sensitive to noise. Yet the human brain runs a ‘natural quantum system’ every second, in a water-based ionic environment. It operates reliably in heat, cold, storms, noise, and under long-term workload without losing coherence. My research explores how this bio-inspired resilience can be adapted into a fault-tolerant quantum computer model.

Viewing quantum computing as a long-term journey instead of waiting for one magic breakthrough makes a lot of sense. Steady, collaborative testing like this is usually how real progress actually happens.

A good reminder that real transformation rarely comes from one big breakthrough. It’s the result of continuous learning, testing and collaboration. The same is true for AI adoption in business: sustainable impact is built step by step, not overnight.
