AI made individual work faster. But most product teams aren’t shipping any quicker. Everyone has their own AI tools, so work keeps stalling at the handoffs—context gets rebuilt, research gets scattered, and decisions made weeks ago vanish before the next sprint. On September 30, we’re breaking down the collaboration model behind high-velocity product teams: where even the fastest-moving teams stall, what to automate vs. what to keep human, and how to keep context intact at every handoff. If AI has been sitting on your "I know I need to figure this out" list, this is your moment. This Friday at 10am Pacific, Revival Works is hosting a free webinar for solo business owners and small teams who want to use AI and automation without losing their voice, their values, or their mind in the process. We'll be talking about how to move from AI overwhelm into clear, confident action. Not theory. Not tech jargon. Not another "just use this tool" conversation. This is for the business owner who knows there are tasks, ideas, follow-ups, content pieces, client workflows, and backend systems that could be lighter, clearer, and better supported with AI. And if you've been thinking: "I don't even know where to start." "I don't want my business to sound robotic." "I need help seeing what's actually worth automating." "I want AI to support my work, not take over my work." Then you don't want to miss this. The session will be recorded, and everyone who registers will receive the replay, even if you can't attend live. Join us this Friday at 10am Pacific. Register here: https://lnkd.in/gYCEbQBY Your business doesn't need more noise. It needs clarity. Building the next era of AI isn't just a technical challenge, it’s an all-hands team sport. When you bring everyone to the table, the priorities line up fast: ➡️ Devs are on a mission for smarter architecture and genuine autonomy. ➡️ Product focuses on dynamic adaptability when edge cases hit. ➡️ CS is laser-focused on delivering smooth, effortless magic for the end user. The real magic happens when a platform bridges all three, turning static automation into reliable agency that truly elevates the user experience. That’s where Yellow.ai steps in. Uniting these perspectives is how forward-thinking teams are unlocking the next level of AI agency. #AgenticAI #GenerativeAI #AIinCustomerService

SUPER exciting product launch event incoming. 🏗️ On the product side itself, a classic example of the path of technology: as features/tools become more powerful, teams/builders/creatives (they're pretty much all one and the same now) become enabled to reach for a higher level of value. How you operate becomes the differentiator, and we're going to deep dive what that means (virtually) at, and for, Voiceflow. 📽️ On the production side: a ton of fun thinking (+ executing) on which formats give people the most value. I've now seen webinars/events done 100 different ways and I can't help but keep coming back to my video journalism roots and how effective of a format it is in getting information across. So we're rounding up our (genuinely world-class) operators and getting them to share parts of their real world in a largely unscripted way. Gonna be a ton of fun.
Launching an AI agent is no longer the hard part. It's everything that comes after: handling thousands of conversations, spotting what's breaking, and knowing what to fix first. So we're hosting a virtual launch event on what comes next. 🚀 On October 6, meet Atlas: our new AI co-pilot that turns insights into outcomes. It helps you build your agent, flags what's wrong, helps you resolve it, and measures the impact week over week. Built for teams who keep improving their agents, not just deploy them. Featuring Voiceflow CEO Braden Ream, Senior Solutions Engineer Yüksel Tolun, and Senior Prompt Engineer Peter Isaacs. Hosted by Maximilian Aoki. Join us to go deep into the future of owning your CX. 🗓️ October 6 · 1:00 PM EDT · 30 minutes 👉 Register here: https://lnkd.in/gXPmyzp8

We've been deploying AI in multifamily for 7 years, and I’ve never been more excited about where we are than right now. Most operators have moved past the "Peak of Inflated Expectations". Many are stuck in the "Trough of Disillusionment". But working on the "Slope of Enlightenment" with top operators? That’s where the magic happens. What enlightenment actually looks like: • Hands-on control over magic buttons: Putting AI orchestration tools directly into marketing leaders' hands vs. answering, "Why can't the AI just learn who to talk to?" • Connected ecosystems over quick hacks: Deeply integrating workflows across tools vs. being asked why you can't vibe-code the entire tech stack. • Heavy lifting over vanity projects: Automating complex admin workflows like mid-lease changes vs. asset managers debating what to name their chatbot.
