I'm deeply concerned about Ulta's partnership with Flock. Why would you get involved with a company like that? https://www.yahoo.com/news/us/articles/flock-safety-hit-nationwide-class-110000594.html

Ulta Beauty needs to be transparent about its partnership with Flock. For a company that serves women, putting corporate interests ahead of the safety and well-being of women and girls is a serious misstep. We want to continue our support for Ulta, but that requires the brand to listen to customer concerns and take action. It is time to prioritize our protection and drop Flock immediately. Doing the right thing is the only way to maintain our trust.

Ulta Beauty, as a brand that caters primarily to women, your association with Flock is deeply unsettling. It is difficult to justify supporting a company that appears to prioritize financial gain over the safety and well-being of its patrons. We value the brand you have built, but that trust is contingent on you protecting your community. We are calling on you to listen to these serious concerns and demonstrate your values by ending your partnership with Flock now.

I would really like to know more about the Flock issue. Ulta Beauty can you explain what is going on and why this level of surveillance is needed? I understand the need to catch shoplifters, but what about the safety of your female customers from those who are misusing Flock to harass and stalk?

Corporate responsibility means prioritizing the safety of your community. Ulta Beauty, your partnership with Flock raises serious questions about your commitment to your majority-women customer base. We want to continue supporting your brand, but not at the expense of our well-being. It is time to address why this partnership exists and put the safety of women and girls above profit margins. We are calling on you to do the right thing for your patrons and drop Flock immediately.

Clear strategy, disciplined execution, and measurable growth are qualities investors look for in a business. Congrats on a strong quarter! 👏

Noticeable growth here. What’s impressive is how the 'Unleashed' strategy translates high-level corporate metrics directly into customer value. When messaging makes the customer feel like the hero of the growth story, retention happens organically.

Safety and profit should never be at odds, yet Ulta Beauty continues its partnership with Flock despite the clear risks to women and girls. As a brand built on serving women, Ulta has a responsibility to put our well-being first. We want to keep supporting you, but your silence on this issue is disappointing. It is time to listen to your community, prioritize our security, and cut ties with Flock. Do the right thing and drop this partnership now.

Both my daughter and I are shareholders and we want you to know that we believeTransparency is essential for a brand like Ulta Beauty that serves so many women. Continuing a partnership with Flock is a direct contradiction to the safety and well-being of your customer base. Corporate profits should not be valued above our security. We want to maintain our loyalty to your brand, but we need you to listen to these urgent concerns. It is time to stand with your customers and drop Flock. Respect the people who support you and do the right thing.
