    Hey sellers! 👋

    If you've noticed the option to switch back to classic Seller Central is gone, here's what you need to know: the new Seller Central will soon be the default experience for all sellers.

    The good news? All your tools are still here — they've just been reorganized into six dedicated workspaces: My business, Products, Supply chain, Orders, Finance, Marketing and Account Health.

    3 Ways to Find Any Tool

    1. Click a workspace tab at the top of the homepage to go directly to that area.
    2. Open the navigation menu (top-left corner of any page) to browse tools within each workspace.
    3. Use the search bar at the top of the site — type the name of any tool and click the result.

    New Seller Central - where is everything?

    Hi guys - so, I got the new Seller Central shoved down my throat today, with no option to go back to the old version.

    Where the XXXX is everything?

    1 - where is the Payments Dashboard? As far as I can tell, it's completely gone.

    2 - what happened to the Feedback Manager? Again, as far as I can tell, it's just gone.

    3 - where is the page to manage A-to-Z claims and Chargebacks?

    I've managed to find everything else, but it takes 6 to 8 clicks to get there rather than 1 or 2 on the old Seller Central.

    It is obvious whoever designed this new page is not a seller and has no idea how sellers used the old page.

    Dear Amazon,

    Thank you for the new Seller Central experience. I especially appreciate the decision to not only move everything but also rename it. Changing the navigation alone would have been too easy. This way, even if I remember exactly what I need, I still get the rewarding experience of wondering whether it still exists.

    I’m also enjoying the efficiency improvements. Tasks that once took one click now take five, which gives me significantly more time to reflect on my choices. It’s nice to know that after years of learning Seller Central and developing an efficient workflow, I can once again experience the excitement of being completely new here.

    The new navigation is particularly helpful. Previously, I had the bad habit of knowing where things were. Now, every task begins with a brief scavenger hunt. Sometimes I find what I’m looking for. Sometimes I find something completely unrelated that has also been renamed. Either way, I’m learning.

    And thank you for asking me to take the tour every time I switch accounts. I know I declined it 30 seconds ago, but perhaps I’ve changed as a person since then. Maybe this time, after switching from one account to another, I will finally decide that what I really need is an overview of the interface I have been using all day.

    At this point, I no longer find things in Seller Central. I encounter them unexpectedly. There is a genuine sense of accomplishment when I stumble across a page I was actually trying to reach.

    Please don’t change anything back. I’m sure eventually we’ll all stop remembering what the old version was like, and then technically the problem will be solved.

    13 years on Amazon and I'm done. What are my options?

    On October 30 I hit 13 years as an Amazon seller. I opened my account in 2013 and have sold my own brand of coin, medal, and currency displays the entire time.

    I have finally been worn out by Amazon and I'm ready to give up. I am tired of the hijacked listings. I am tired of the circular support that gets me nowhere. I am tired of the increasing fees.

    I've been enrolled in Brand Registry for years, and it hasn't mattered. Foreign sellers have taken over my listings, and in the early days Amazon would at least reverse it and give me control back. Now I've lost listings I've never been able to recover. My last FBA shipment was lost, and Amazon spent months telling me it was received and accounted for while it never showed up in my inventory.

    Organic traffic is gone. Everything runs on ad spend now, and I have no interest in paying Amazon more to sell my own products on a platform that won't protect them.

    But I'm sure somebody else who still has some fight left in them can make this work. This brand did around $100K a year on Amazon at its peak, and I believe the demand is still there.

    So I'm asking the people who've been through this. If you've handed off your Amazon business to someone else, how did you do it and how did it work out? Are there resellers, partners, or arrangements out there worth looking at for a small brand like mine? I'd rather hear what's actually worked for people than keep fighting this myself.

    And if this has already been discussed to death, please just send me the threads. This forum hasn't changed much over the years and it can still be tough to find anything.

    Account Deactivation - My life is ruined

    I've been on Amazon since June 2026 and got account deactivated for multiple accounts, the 2nd account is my adult daughter but it was rarely used. I didn't know I was violating Amazon's policy, I would never intentionally violate the rules. Both accounts are now deactivated, the 2nd account cannot be reactivated until the violations are fixed in the 1st one. I don't even know what to fix. It just ask me to write an appeal, which I documented my POA, provided all my business documents and identity information and each bank account statements. And I've been ghosted.

    This is my business, my livelihood, my income and it was all pulled from underneath me with no remorse or no help getting back to work. This is devastating, my family is devastated, all the work we've done in the business to have it gone. I never would've thought that Amazon treat people like this. I could see if I was a repeat offender, but I didn't know and I'm sorry....is there no grace. I just don't know what I'm going to do now. All of my money is in my business, inventory is sitting, this is HORRIBLE. And what's even worse is there's soooo many people in the forum this has happened to and they've been trying to get resolution for months....years! It's just no way to treat people

    Reviews being removed by the masses!

    Hi,

    My listing has been having reviews removed bit by bit for the last 2 months, then when I checked my listing today, it had dropped from 31 to 11! Most of which were Vine reviews! All removed and no reason as to why. Also given the fact the majority were vine reviews, I highly doubt any of them went against any of the guideline.

    Can somebody please advise?

    OnTrac now showing as a shipping option.

    I’ve been selling on Amazon for about 14 years, and a small seller. A couple of days ago, a new (for me) carrier showed up under Amazon’s Buy Shipping options - Ontrac. I have read horror stories about Ontrac here but never thought to use them as they weren’t even an option for me in Buy Shipping

    I looked into it and apparently even if I have only one package, if I generate a label before 2 PM, Ontrac will pick up from my location on that day. I was wary of this, considering I’ve heard stories of them not picking up, so I spoke to AmazonSeller support level 2, and they assured me that their contract with Ontrac should signal a pick up at my location once the label is generated.

    as I’m sure most people here know, it’s impossible now to get a hold of Ontrac on the phone. Amazon still shows Ontrac’s phone number as it means to get a hold of them to complain about non-pick ups. That phone number goes nowhere. I tried chatting with an Ontrac agent to clarify about the pick up situation and I got nowhere, they said contact Amazon.

    I am only considering using the shipping option because I just received some large orders and it will save me a significant amount of money. I don’t want to forgo using a shipping service that will actually work for me if a lot of the previous issues have now been worked out, but again I don’t want to use a carrier that actually won’t work for me and end up spending more money in the end, trying to fix the situation.

    any advice would be helpful. Amazon logged my case and said that I could refer to that if I run into any problems with Ontrac, to show that I followed their directions if I chose to use that carrier. I’m pretty sure most people here are going to say don’t use them… but I’m asking anyway 😉
