Shop with Points - Discover

By using Shop with Points with Discover Pay with rewards ("Discover rewards"), you agree to these Service Terms and the other Amazon.com Conditions of Use. Please review them carefully, together with our Privacy Notice, to understand our practices.

To use your Discover rewards to purchase eligible items at Amazon.com and any other participating platforms, your eligible program account ("Discover rewards account") must be linked to your Amazon.com account through the registration process. If registration has not already been done for you automatically, you may have to self-register through the process described on this page. We reserve the right to restrict your use of Shop with Points or to deregister your Discover rewards account from your Amazon.com account at any time in our sole discretion, including when we suspect misuse or fraud.

To enable you to use Shop with Points to purchase eligible items, Amazon Services LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Amazon") may share information that you have provided to Amazon with Discover, a division of Capital One, N.A. and its affiliates (collectively, "Discover") and vice versa. This information sharing allows us to link your Amazon.com account to your Discover rewards account and, once registered, Discover may provide Amazon with information about your Discover rewards account, including your Discover rewards balance. We may also share information that you have provided to Amazon with Discover so that Discover can perform its functions with respect to the Shop with Points program, including processing payments made with Discover rewards.

Certain items at Amazon.com are not eligible (and may not be eligible at any other participating platform) for purchase using Discover rewards, and these items may change at any time. If you do not have enough Discover rewards to redeem for the entire amount, or you only want to use Discover rewards to pay for part of your purchase, you may use your Discover Card, or an Amazon.com Gift Card, to pay for the remainder of your order. Your Discover rewards balance will be reduced to reflect the amount of Discover rewards used towards your purchase once an order is submitted. Discover rewards may not currently be combined with other rewards programs to make eligible purchases using Shop with Points at Amazon.com or any other participating platforms.

Returns are subject to Amazon’s returns policy. If Amazon accepts a return for an item you purchased using only Discover rewards, those Discover rewards will be credited to your Discover rewards account. If Amazon accepts a return for an item you purchased using Discover rewards and another payment method, Amazon may, in its sole discretion, credit the return to the other payment method before crediting Discover rewards to your Discover rewards account.

If a refund of your Discover rewards cannot be processed by Discover for reasons including but not limited to (a) closure of your card account, (b) closure of your Discover rewards account, or (c) conversion of your Discover rewards to a non-reward account, Amazon will issue an electronic Amazon.com Gift Card to you for an amount equal to the value of the Discover rewards used towards your purchase.

1. To use your eligible Discover credit card to shop with rewards at participating retailer(s), your account must be in good standing to be linked with participating retailer(s). By using your card at participating retailer(s), you authorize and direct Discover to share information about your Discover credit card account with the participating retailer(s) and/or their affiliates. Discover rewards may be redeemed to pay for all or a portion of eligible purchases. Rewards will be deducted from your rewards balance at the time the order is placed. Determination of item/merchandise eligibility to shop with rewards is at the sole discretion of the participating retailer(s). Returns and refunds are subject to the returns policy of the retailer(s). Any previously-disclosed terms associated with this rewards program also apply.
