That’s why backup matters in a migration even when no attack has taken place. ✅ Control can be regained by taking a validated point-in-time backup before cutover, and keeping a trustworthy source baseline until the migration is complete and verified. An ISO 27001 certificate used to close the conversation. Now it opens a longer one. Organizations are increasingly expected to go beyond certification, proving that what's written in a policy actually happens in practice. Because a certificate shows you passed an audit — not that you're capable of delivering on what you promise. ➡️ The question is no longer "are you certified?" It's "can you prove it in practice?" When something goes wrong, the speed of your recovery depends on how recently you've tested it. Testing is not the only area where this gap exists. Only 41% of organizations say they've significantly changed their approach to disaster recovery as a result of AI adoption in their organization. Last Wednesday, we held our first Partner Update in the Netherlands. 🎉 We welcomed 24 guests from partners of all sizes. It was great seeing familiar faces mingle with new ones — a good sign our partner community keeps growing. We discussed what makes partnering with Keepit special: a partner-first program built on real support, and a platform that's cloud native from day one, born and raised in the cloud. And we're just getting started. What stuck with partners most were the two customer references we shared, especially how quickly and easily they got up and running: half a day, start to finish.
