We are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Grace as Chief Financial Officer at Ektis.   Stephen brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across finance, transformation and technology, having operated across more than 40 countries. Most recently, he spent more than seven years with PwC Middle East, where he held senior leadership roles across finance and transformation.   Stephen’s experience spans financial strategy and operating models, enterprise systems, treasury, shared services, data and governance. This combination of CFO leadership, consulting and transformation expertise is particularly relevant as Ektis enters its next stage of growth.   As CFO, Stephen will have a broad mandate across Finance, Technology, Systems and Enterprise Transformation, helping us build the infrastructure, capabilities and operating model required to support our continued growth.   This is an exciting appointment for Ektis, and we are delighted to have Stephen joining our leadership team.    Please join us in welcoming him to Ektis.

We're delighted to announce the promotion of Bikram Billan to Partner at Ektis. Since the launch of Ektis, Bikram has played a pivotal role in helping build the firm. As one of our founding team members, he has helped shape our business, led significant client engagements, taken ownership of key initiatives and played an important role in building the team and culture that define Ektis today. Bikram leads our Insurance practice and is an experienced Financial Services adviser. Prior to joining Ektis, he held consulting roles with PwC and Kearney, where he advised banks, insurers and payments institutions across London and the Middle East. His work has focused on growth strategy, portfolio strategy and large-scale transformation across front office, core operations and financial performance, with a particular focus on supporting insurers through strategic change in recent years. Bikram's promotion reflects not only the contribution he has made to our clients, but also the leadership, ownership and commitment he has demonstrated in helping build Ektis from the very beginning. As we continue to grow, we're delighted to welcome him into the Partnership and look forward to the contribution he will continue to make to our clients, our people and our business. We are pleased to announce that Aaron Cormier has joined Ektis as a Manager. Aaron brings nearly a decade of experience advising financial institutions on strategy, transformation and growth across the GCC and North America. His background includes roles at Boston Consulting Group, Royal Bank of Canada and Deloitte, where he advised banks, asset managers, insurers and fintechs on a range of strategic and operational priorities. His expertise includes corporate strategy, transformation, cost optimisation, pricing and commercial strategy. Commenting on his appointment, Aaron said: "I'm thrilled to be joining Ektis at such a pivotal moment for the Kingdom's financial sector. The pace of transformation across KSA and the GCC is unlike anywhere else in the world, and Ektis is exceptionally well positioned to help clients turn that ambition into measurable impact. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Diego Calix as Head of AI Managed Services at Ektis. Diego brings more than 13 years of experience across artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, innovation and enterprise transformation, including over a decade in the Middle East. Most recently, he led enterprise AI strategy, innovation initiatives and AI R&D capabilities at RAKBANK. Earlier in his career, he worked with PwC in the Middle East as well as its Financial Services practices in the United States and Europe. A software and AI engineer by background, Diego has built and operated AI systems in production environments. He pays as much attention to the data, controls and people surrounding the technology as he does to the technology itself, recognising that this is often where AI succeeds or fails. He has led AI initiatives within regulated financial institutions and the public sector and is actively engaged across the wider AI and FinTech ecosystem. At Ektis, Diego will lead the growth of our AI Managed Services capability, helping clients establish the frameworks, governance, operating models and delivery expertise required to build, deploy, manage and continuously improve AI at scale. Diego’s appointment reflects Ektis’ commitment to helping clients realise value from AI in a way that is commercially grounded, operationally practical and suitable for regulated organisations.
