We’re excited to share our refreshed look with you! 🎉This past week, three Red Lobster locations recently completed an exterior and interior update focused on high‑impact guest areas while preserving the signature Red Lobster character our guests know and love. New exterior elements, dining room seating, bar finishes, lighting, flooring and other design details come together to create a warmer, lighter, brighter atmosphere from the moment guests walk in. Read the below article from the Orlando Business Journal with more information from our Chief Global Development Officer, Kristen Briede, about the strategy behind the refresh and what comes next. https://lnkd.in/eyCB-vbU

It is with deep sadness today that we joined the community in mourning the loss of our former leader, Joe Lee. Joe’s legacy is woven into the very foundation of our brand. He joined our organization in its early days and helped shape Red Lobster into the beloved restaurant it is today. His leadership was grounded in a genuine respect for our team members and guests alike, and his impact can still be felt across our restaurants and throughout the restaurant industry. To so many, Joe was more than a leader, he was a mentor, a guide, and a true champion of hospitality. He believed in developing people, in giving others opportunities to grow, and in doing the right thing, always. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Joe’s family and to all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. His contributions live on in the memories we carry and in the culture he helped create. Thank you, Joe, for your vision, your kindness, and your unwavering belief in what Red Lobster could become. You will be deeply missed.

Many thanks to Fortune for spending some time with Red Lobster CEO Damola Adamolekun. For insights into Damola's fresh approach and innovative leadership during his first year with us, be sure to read the full article at the Fortune link below.
“This can be the greatest comeback in the history of the restaurant industry.” Damola Adamolekun, the Red Lobster CEO—at 36, the youngest chief executive in the fast casual chain’s nearly six-decade history—has the swagger of a man who has already won a battle, which in one sense he has. During his three-year tenure as CEO of P.F. Chang’s, he guided the company through the chaos of COVID shutdowns and returned the chain to profitability. But an even bigger war lies ahead: fixing Red Lobster, a beloved but troubled dining franchise emerging from a painful bankruptcy. The job might seem like a poisoned chalice: high risk, thin margin for error, and enormous public scrutiny. But for Adamolekun, the sheer scale of the task is what drew him to the role he started a year ago, he tells Fortune. “To lead that would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," he says.
