After 34 remarkable years with Comfort Systems USA Southwest, Todd Stanfield leaves an enduring legacy of leadership, integrity, and dedication. Dear Friends, Clients and Partners, After an incredible 34-year journey with Comfort Systems USA Southwest, I am announcing my upcoming retirement. My last day will be July 31st, 2026. Reflecting on my 48 years in the industry and my 34 years working at Comfort Systems, I am deeply humbled by the trust that our Leadership, my Coworkers and our Clients have placed in me. When asked how I feel about my upcoming retirement I am somewhat at a loss to describe how I feel. I have spent most of my adult life working alongside some of the most incredibly talented, honest and committed coworkers in our industry. I will miss all the people within our organization, and the Phoenix construction community that have been so instrumental in both my personal success and that of Comfort Systems Southwest. So, the transition is bittersweet. Many of you are now not just professional friends, but extended family that will be part of my post career future. I look forward to spending more time with my incredible wife, our 3 children and their spouses, our 7 grandchildren along with all our friends. Outside of that I will be focusing on staying fit and healthy so I can continue to enjoy the adventure sports everyone knows I love for as long as my old body holds up. I am confident the transition for all ongoing projects and partnering on future projects will be seamless and successful. I leave the company in good hands. Thank you for the decades of collaboration, shared success and professional friendships. I hope all your businesses have continued prosperity, I will be keeping my Comfort Systems Southwest cell phone number as my personal number moving forward. I look forward to keeping in touch as I begin this next exciting chapter in my story.
