    Just over two weeks into leading marketing for Dave & Buster’s and Main Event, and the most useful thing I’ve done so far had nothing to do with a strategy deck. I spent a day inside a Main Event and worked a Thursday afternoon and a Saturday night shift at my home Dave & Buster’s, where I loaded games, watched guests, got in the way a little (okay, maybe a lot!) and asked a lot of questions. A few things stuck with me… Our teams take the fun seriously. There’s real craft in making a Saturday night feel effortless when it’s anything but. They were straight with me about where we come up short… which is exactly what I need from the people closest to the guest. But the brilliant truth is the moments are real. A group losing it over our Human Crane game. Fans roaring at the big screens for UFC fight night and the World Cup. And families smiling ear-to-ear, summer Shirleys in hand, posing with a giant shark. These experiences are the product. Everything else is in service of it. To the crews who let me shadow them and didn’t sand down the rough edges… THANK YOU! I learned more in three shifts than I would have in a month of meetings. Two weeks in and I already know I am in the right place. #DaveAndBusters #MainEvent

Rachel joins us with nearly 30 years of legal experience built across private practice, corporate America, and media - bringing a depth of perspective that is genuinely rare. She most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Nexstar Media Group Inc., where she led all legal functions across one of the country's largest broadcast companies. Before that, she spent a decade at AT&T as Vice President and Associate General Counsel overseeing corporate litigation, labor and employment, and shareholder engagement at massive scale. Her career also includes close to 15 years in private practice at two leading international law firms. What excites us most about Rachel is her ability to be both a trusted protector and a strategic enabler. She doesn't just manage legal risk - she helps organizations move faster and smarter by building the governance infrastructure that supports bold growth.     We’re still buzzing from our Annual Operations Leaders Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, where General Managers from across the country came together representing Dave & Buster's Inc. and Main Event. This event is all about celebrating our #1 leaders: our General Managers - the people who power the guest experiences our brands are known for and build the strong team culture inside our locations every day. It was an action-packed three days of connecting with peers from coast to coast, sharing best practices, celebrating achievements, aligning on the road ahead and having some fun along the way. Our CEO Tarun Lal, alongside the leadership team, kicked things off by reinforcing our strategy: building an entertainment-first company and continuing to lead the pack in the location-based entertainment industry - staying ahead with innovative game experiences, creating unforgettable moments for our guests, and continuing to invest in our people who make it all possible. A highlight of the week was our Gala Dinner and Awards Night, where we celebrated exceptional leadership across the system and honored our General Managers of the Year: Stephen Allison, Long Beach, CA - Dave & Buster’s GM of the Year and Ryan Danford, Windsor, CO - Main Event GM of the Year. Regional Operations Director of the year: Katie Broussard and Brad Balderson.
