🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Ayub! This week, we’re highlighting Ayub, who brings 14 years of experience in manufacturing and IT and has spent six years with MW. What does he enjoy most about his role? The variety — and the people. 💬 “No two days look the same. I work with people across the whole company, from the floor to the executive team, and my job is making sure they have the tools they need to do theirs.” As MW Components continues to evolve, Ayub is playing an important role in supporting the growth of MW Springs and helping build the technology and systems behind the new organization. 💬 “We have the chance to build something new without losing what already works. We get a fresh start with the benefit of everything this organization has learned.” And when he’s not at work?
