His passion for graphics led him to a Graphic Market Specialist role in 2008. In 2009, he returned to the Nashville branch as an Outside Sales Representative before becoming Branch General Manager in 2014. Chuck later earned a promotion to his current role as Region Manager. Throughout his career, Chuck has been a great teammate and leader. He brings a practical approach, sharp thinking, and professionalism to every role he takes on. Chuck's experience across sales, market development, and branch leadership gives him a valuable perspective as he supports his teams across Piedmont. Please join us in congratulating two incredible team members on their anniversaries with Piedmont: 🔵 Brian White, Slitter Operator with our Charlotte Films Group - 35 years 🔵 Dontae Jackson, Inside Sales Representative at our Charlotte branch - 30 years Brian joined Piedmont in 1991 as one of the original employees of our Charlotte Films Group. Over the past 35 years, he has perfected his craft, earning a reputation for being meticulous, passionate, and deeply committed to quality. Brian's knowledge and experience have made him a trusted resource and leader within the Films group. When he is involved in a project, his teammates know they can have a high level of confidence in the work. Kind and thoughtful, Brian remembers the little details about his teammates and regularly checks in with them. We deeply appreciate the genuine care he brings to his role each day! 🫶 Dontae also started in Charlotte Films before taking on new opportunities within Piedmont. He later moved to Raleigh, where he served as Warehouse Manager for several years. Eventually, Dontae transitioned into inside sales and returned to Charlotte, where he has spent the past 11 years as an Inside Sales Representative. During that time, Dontae has become a cornerstone of the Charlotte inside sales team. He has worked with virtually every Piedmont department throughout his career, and his material knowledge is second to none. Friendly, dependable, and always willing to serve, Dontae is someone his teammates know they can rely on.
