About us
Slows Bar BQ opened at the corner of Michigan and14th in Detroit in September 2005 with a meticulously designed interior paired with a gourmet spin on barbecue cooked fresh every day. In 2010 Slows expanded to Detroit's Midtown neighborhood with Slows To Go, a commissary kitchen, caterer and carryout location.v2015 brought the opening of Slows Bar Bq Grand Rapids in Downtown Market and the launch of the first Slows food truck.
