Youngberg, has supported the Foundation for 26 years and has seen firsthand the impact cystic fibrosis can have on individuals and families close to him. That longstanding commitment reflects Stonefire Grill’s belief in giving back to the communities we serve and making a meaningful difference through the causes we champion. Through Oct. 6, Stonefire Grill and Rattler’s Bar B Que are coming together with our guests to help further the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission to advance research, support families and move closer to a cure. 💙

We’re proud to partner with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and its Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Southern California Chapter this September as part of a monthlong effort to advance its mission. 💙 From Sept. 9 through Oct. 6, guests at Stonefire Grill and Rattler’s Bar B Que locations throughout Southern California can take part by donating at the register and adding their name or a personal message to a blue ribbon, which will be displayed throughout our restaurants. Online orders placed directly through the Stonefire Grill or Rattler’s Bar B Que websites can also be rounded up to contribute to the campaign. Stonefire Grill and Rattler’s Bar B Que will match guest donations up to $5,000. Today, we’re recognizing Krystal Kilgore as she steps into her new role as Catering Office Manager. 🎉 Over her time with Stonefire Grill, Krystal has become a trusted leader and an important part of our catering team. She brings a strong sense of accountability to her work and is always willing to support her teammates, our restaurants and our guests. As Catering Office Manager, Krystal will help lead the Catering Office team, support day-to-day operations, develop team members and continue contributing to the growth and success of our catering business. We’re grateful for all Krystal brings to Stonefire Grill and look forward to seeing her continue to make an impact in this role.

This past week, the third annual GM Summit gave us plenty to celebrate, from the people who make the business special to the moments we shared. The Summit created space for leadership development, collaboration and relationship-building with fellow General Managers, Restaurant Support Center team members and vendor partners. It was a chance to step away from the day-to-day, learn from one another and invest in the people behind our brand. And because showing up for our communities is just as important as supporting our teams, we were proud to partner with the Pasadena Educational Foundation to build back-to-school kits for elementary school teachers in the Pasadena Unified School District. As educators prepare to welcome students back to the classroom, we’re grateful for the opportunity to recognize the important work they do every day. We’re leaving this year’s Summit feeling inspired, connected and energized by the people who make it all possible. Here’s to another year of learning, growing and making a difference in the communities we serve! ❤️

Twenty years ago, Micah L. joined Stonefire Grill as a restaurant team member. Today, he's stepping into the role of Senior Director of Catering. Micah's career journey reflects what's possible when talent, dedication and opportunity come together. After building experience in restaurant operations, he brought that expertise to our catering business, where he's helped expand the program, strengthen collaboration with our restaurant teams and create exceptional experiences for guests. Congratulations, Micah, on this exciting next chapter. 🎉

Giving back to the communities we serve has always been at the heart of Stonefire Grill. From September 2025 through February 2026, our guests came together to support Operation Homefront, a nationally recognized nonprofit that helps military and veteran families build strong, stable and secure futures. Through in-restaurant donations, online contributions and our online order round-up campaign, we raised $10,000 to help further Operation Homefront's mission and support the families they serve. Thank you to our guests, team members and communities for making this campaign such a success.
