Earls Kitchen + Bar’s Post

Big wins, bigger adventures 🎉 A few weeks ago, more than 80 of our incredible leaders packed their bags and headed to Japan for our 2026 Culture Trip. This was a once-in-a-lifetime recognition experience celebrating top performers from across our restaurants. Selected for their leadership, impact, and commitment to creating amazing experiences for our guests and teams, this group spent a week exploring Tokyo and Kyoto together. From unforgettable meals and new experiences to big laughs and lifelong memories, this Culture Trip was all about connection, inspiration, and celebrating the people who make Earls what it is. Congratulations to our 2026 Culture Trip winners, thank you for everything you do!

This is a great idea -- a fantastic learning experience. Obviously you learn service, design, menu concepts that you wouldn't have come up with on your own but also seeing how people do things in another location allows you to be more creative at home. Creative opportunities at work are one of the things that make work so rewarding.  We offer extensive distillery tours specifically for the hospitality industry folks for the same reason. A learning opportunity such as this helps everybody better understand their industry culminating in a more fulfilling guest experience.
