One of our favourite Earls traditions is taking time each year to recognize the people whose leadership, impact and commitment continue to move our business forward. This summer, we had the opportunity to get together and celebrate our 2026 Earls Experience Award winners, recognizing leaders from across our business for the impact they’ve made over the past year. We also introduced the Stan Fuller “It’s Your Business” Award, a new award honouring a philosophy that has shaped Earls for decades. Congratulations to all of our 2026 award winners!
