The best benefits strategy can’t deliver value if employees don’t know it exists. Benefits communication is more than sharing information. It’s about helping employees understand their options, navigate care with confidence, and access the support available to them when they need it most. For employers, a strong communication strategy can drive greater engagement, improve the employee experience, and help ensure healthcare investments translate into better outcomes. Something I’ve been thinking about lately: We talk a lot about getting employees to “engage” with their benefits. But from an employee’s perspective, healthcare can be confusing. Where do I go for care? What’s actually covered? Which benefit should I use? Is this something I can wait on? Sometimes low engagement isn’t because people don’t care. They simply don’t know what to do next. Making healthcare easier to understand might be just as important as adding more benefits. What are you seeing with employees today: lack of engagement or lack of understanding? #EmployeeBenefits #HealthLiteracy #EmployeeWellbeing #WorkplaceWellness

What do employees actually want from their benefits? 💭 💻 Usually, not more logins, more portals or more paperwork. They want easy access to the support that's available, when they need it. Have employee benefits become more effective... or just more complicated? Over the last several years, the number of point solutions available to employers has grown dramatically. While more options can create opportunities, they can also create confusion, overlap, and uncertainty about what's actually delivering value. Our Employee Benefits team will discuss why many organizations are reevaluating their approach to point solutions and looking more closely at cost impact, utilization, workforce relevance, and measurable outcomes. The session will explore practical ways to evaluate vendor offerings, identify where investments are generating results, and determine which solutions are most likely to influence employee experience, health outcomes, and long-term plan performance. More solutions don't automatically lead to better outcomes. Sometimes the biggest opportunity is simplifying the strategy and focusing on what matters most. If this is something your organization is navigating, this session is worth your time. Register here: https://ow.ly/riwn50ZIjmo
