Very excited to join Giga as Head of Forward Deployed Engineering. Giga is past the “does this work?” phase. Our customers include DoorDash, Postman, Toast, Flex, and Capital.com. The product works, and now it is all about execution and scale. The company is fully AI-native. Our agents are built by agents. We’re not sure that is meta enough yet. :) Our forward deployment engineers own customer outcomes end to end. They solve enterprise customer-support use cases by building best-in-class multimodal, omni-channel agents. Now it’s about doing it faster and better — across customers and use cases —while turning field signal into product direction and championing the customer inside the building. My focus: building a lean FDE organization with rigorous engineering practices behind it. We have a strong engineering culture, one of the most beautiful corners of San Francisco, and the hours feel like minutes. A lot to build with Esha Dinne, Varun Vummadi and the rest of the fantastic team!
