Back End Developer

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in financial markets and algorithmic trading.

Your main responsibility will be to understand real trading and financial problems and translate them into reliable software — working closely with product, trading, and domain experts to turn ideas and strategies into production systems.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Python
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with asynchronous and event-driven programming
• Good understanding of concurrency, multiprocessing, and threading
• Deep understanding of Apache Kafka, and distributed messaging systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Microservices, and Scalability challenges
• Experience with Redis including caching, pub/sub, and in-memory data structures
• Genuine curiosity about financial markets, trading, and investment products

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL databases
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Django
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Celery for distributed task processing
