MCTA is an MSSA-aligned SkillBridge program designed for transitioning service members and veterans with a 𝐓𝐒-𝐒𝐂𝐈 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫, preparing participants for technology roles that require high-level security clearances. Participants can choose from 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬, developed with input from Microsoft Federal and MSSA partner companies: ⭐ Consultant/Cloud Solution Architect (CCA)—prepares participants to consult on and architect cloud solutions. ⭐ Project Manager/Customer Success Account Manager—prepares participants to manage projects and customer engagements, including Customer Success Account Manager roles. This accelerated program runs for 90 days and is designed to help cleared military talent build the skills and experience needed to pursue opportunities with 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬.
