It was a full house at our recent CoSec Power Breakfast! We had the pleasure of bringing together company secretaries and governance professionals for a powerful discussion on “Mastering the Annual Report” and the growing importance of narrative reporting and sustainability disclosures. The annual report is no longer simply a record of performance. It has become one of an organisation’s most important tools for communicating strategy, governance, risk oversight, culture, and long-term value creation. Beyond the panel discussion, the session provided a valuable forum for participants to share experiences, exchange practical insights, and discuss the real-world challenges of delivering reporting that is transparent, meaningful, and aligned with evolving stakeholder expectations.
