𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬: not by growing fast everywhere, but by matching capital, location and hospitality demand project by project. Four current examples show what that looks like in practice:  🏢 an office conversion in Berlin-Mitte, 🏫 the revitalisation of a historic Kontorhaus in Bremen (82 units), 🏬 a mixed-use conversion in Lugano (80 units), 🏗️ and a new build on Sylt (78 units).
