Taking Our Aircraft Technician Career Development Program to the International Level✈️ Our Aircraft Technician Career Development Program has welcomed more than 140 participants over the past two years. As part of the program, 10 young talents from different bases recently completed a successful three-week vocational training program at Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH (LTT) in Hamburg, Germany, becoming the first group to participate in an international training experience. Designed for young technicians who have graduated from university and gained approximately one year of Line Maintenance experience, the program provided hands-on training in Electrical, Avionics, Engine, and Structural Maintenance workshops, helping participants strengthen their technical competencies in an international environment. Beyond technical skills, the experience provided valuable exposure to international standards, professional maintenance practices, and different working cultures, helping our young talents prepare for their future careers at SunExpress Maintenance. And there’s more to come! 🚀 A second group of 10 young talents will join the LTT training program in Frankfurt this September, further expanding the international dimension of our development program. For us, the Aircraft Technician Career Development Program represents a long-term investment in developing the next generation of aircraft maintenance professionals, supported by our collaborations with Eskişehir Teknik Üniversitesi, Kocaeli Üniversitesi, and Kapadokya Üniversitesi. First B737NG Type Training Course Completed ✈️ Following our Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) SHT-147 Maintenance Training Organization approval, we have successfully completed our first Boeing 737NG Type Training Course in Antalya, with approximately 50 technicians trained to date. This is an important step in strengthening our in-house technical capabilities and supporting the continuous development of our maintenance professionals. The training equips our technicians with the qualifications required to maintain and certify Boeing 737NG aircraft, contributing to stronger technical capabilities and operational readiness. A big thank you to our colleagues across our technical organization for making this milestone possible. 🙌
