We documented both the external and internal fit out of @thealchemistuk at Salford Quays, Manchester, using our bespoke time-lapse cameras to capture the full creation of this striking venue. To achieve the best perspective, we installed a camera onto the BBC’s Quay House at MediaCityUK, overlooking North Bay and the Huron Basin – between which The Alchemist now sits on The Quays. Our cameras provided continuous coverage throughout the works, recording everything from the earliest stages of construction through to completion. The result is a complete visual record of the project, all achieved reliably and unobtrusively within a busy city centre location. The Alchemist is one of many projects we have undertaken in the food and beverage sector, where design and functionality are critical to customer experience. We work extensively across the UK to document fit-outs for restaurants, bars, and cafés, giving clients clear and accurate records of their programmes. Our expertise also extends to larger-scale facilities including warehouses, distilleries, breweries, factories, and supermarkets. Every environment presents different technical demands, and our in-house team designs, installs, and manages each system to suit the unique requirements of every project. Our work for The Alchemist adds to a growing portfolio that highlights how time-lapse can capture transformation, provide project transparency, and create a lasting record of distinctive spaces. The benefits of adopting AI to elevate partner businesses was a prime focus at BT Wholesale’s Partner Live Event staged at BT’s hub in Salford, Manchester, but Microsoft’s Teams Phone Mobile was ‘the big sell’ and presents a new margin opportunity for the channel according to Managing Director Gavin Jones. “We all use Teams. We've all got it on our devices and we’re probably the first to bring Teams Phone Mobile to the channel which can take mobile collaboration and Teams to a new level,” he said. Explaining the solution in more detail, Proposition Manager Nick Hutton told partners: “Teams Phone Mobile enables you to change the nature of the discussion with your customer. and elevate your position. It is leveraging the power of BT’s network, with the power of Microsoft’s collaboration suite, and discuss productivity and collaboration across a customer's entire workforce, irrespective if they are office based or mobile centric,” he said. “A lot of small and medium businesses are early in their digital adoption journey, and they need help. And you can help them if you can provide mobile first solutions that are simple and scalable. There's opportunity there,” he added.
