Welcome to the organizers wiki!
NodeSchool is a fully community driven effort and is 100% open source. This means that anyone can use the NodeSchool materials and/or host an event.
There's a lot of flexibility in the specifics of running a NodeSchool event, and this wiki aims to collect best practices and the variety of experiences of our chapters worldwide.
Where should I put information?
Use this pyramid to decide where information should go:

- Put it on the website if it is info everyone needs to know to get started and if it should get translated into different languages
- Put it in the wiki if it is information that other organizers could benefit from and help maintain
- Put it in a discussion issue if it is a conversation to explore an idea, especially if you prefer to use your native language

Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
