    So my big news is that in 2021 I’ll be joining Microsoft’s open source advocacy team, focusing on the Python community and Microsoft ecosystem for Python developers. Working with and lots of other brilliant people. So excited! This Python thing had better be big 🤗

    I could be reading the various docs wrong, but do the various Python parsing/refactoring libraries only support 1:1 statement refactorings and not 1:many? E.g. can I substitute one statement for two easily? RedBaron's insertion support seems to do the best so far.

    packaging 20.8 is out! Reverts us back to setuptools (until 2022 to give some Linux distros time to support PEP 517), and fixes support for Python 3.10 (due to the rejection of PEP 641 )

    Maybe the most useful way people can help the (notoriously under-resourced) sklearn project for the average sklearn user is to try out our release candidates. It helps us a lot! Try out your current code with the new version! Try out the new features with your data!

    Please help us test the first release candidate for scikit-learn 0.24.0: pip install scikit-learn==0.24.0rc1 Changelog: In particular, if you maintain a project with a dependency on scikit-learn, please let us know about any regression.
