I appreciate the goodies Ben Vandenbosch! If you are a Foundation client and interested in AP Automation, Agave has you covered! Their team has been fantastic to work with and we appreciate the partnership!
Every contractor faces the same problem: their business-critical systems don’t talk to each other. But when these systems and data live in silos, the results are predictable: errors, double-entry, delays, and wasted money. Teams spend hours reconciling spreadsheets, chasing down missing info, and struggling to build a single source of truth for their projects and finances. Agave is the connective tissue for construction tech. We eliminate double-entry and delays by keeping field, finance, and project data in sync—across business-critical systems contractors rely on. We’re building the data infrastructure construction has been waiting for—so the contractors building our skylines, schools, hospitals, and homes can finally move as fast as the world around them.

We're excited to welcome Olivia O'Keeffe, MBA to the Agave team! 👋 Olivia joins us with a background in software implementation, and just wrapped up her MBA from St. Mary's with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Olivia is a former D1 runner who hasn't slowed down — you'll find her running, cycling, or skiing when she's not catching live music or exploring SF. We're pumped to have her on the team. Welcome, Olivia! 🚀
We just published a new case study with Evans General Contractors — one of the nation's elite GCs. Evans specializes in complex, technically demanding work — data centers, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, food & beverage, healthcare, and more, where cost control is mission-critical. With Agave, they’ve shifted to system-enforced cost controls, structured workflows, and a single source of truth across projects. As demand grows across these sectors, the bar for operational rigor is only going up. Evans is a great example of what it looks like to meet that moment. 👉 Read the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/gW_5sgKQ
Construction finance teams lose days every week reconciling data, entering the same numbers twice, chasing down approvals and more. At Agave, we're helping give construction teams that time back so they can focus on what they do best: building.
Every building you've ever been in was designed by software built in 1997. The architecture, engineering, and construction industry is one of the largest and least digitized industries in the world. Most of its software is stuck in the 90s. The consequences: 85% of construction projects exceed their budgets and three quarters finish late. The average construction dispute in North America is worth $60.1 million and takes nearly 12.5 months to resolve. LLMs make better software possible, and datacenter buildouts make the demand to fix this $13T industry higher than ever. By Joe Schmidt IV, David Haber, Caroline Goggins, and Zabie Elmgren
We're grateful to have customers like Jet Industries, Inc. building with Agave. 🤝
We have been using Agave Software for integration between our field system and Viewpoint Vista for a year and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an integration software. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed and ease of getting up and running. We appreciate that the user interface does not require an IT person to interact with it. The team at Agave is very knowledgeable and responds quickly to questions and concerns. They have accommodated many customizations and made accurate job cost reporting a reality. We feel fortunate to have found such a great integration software. Agave

Shoutout to the Agave Team and Sean McCarthy, Vincent Saldaña and Tom Reno seriously one of the best partners I get to work with. They keep it simple and focus on what actually matters: the customer. Not just connecting systems, but helping teams work better day to day—less friction, clearer visibility, fewer headaches. They take the time to understand how a business really runs and build around that. Integrations are complex and there is no easy button. Agave is close though! “Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.”Grateful for the partnership and can’t wait to see who we get to impact in 2026!

Shout out to the Agave Team! I just hopped off a call with a client who said, "Thank goodness for the Agave team. We never would have gotten as far with our ERP integration without them". ERP integrations can be a make or break moment of truth and we appreciate how this team consistently leans in to help. This was a complex Specialty Contractor deployment with a large, multi-state/office labor payroll that depended on everything going right. Thank you for supporting our clients & helping them achieve greater operational harmony. Tom Reno John Zucchi You've built something special and have a great crew over there!
Recently, we rented out an entire upscale restaurant in San Francisco and invited every Agave team member to bring someone important in their life. Building a company is demanding, and no one does it alone. It was great to meet the partners, friends, and family who support our team behind the scenes. We're excited for what’s ahead and grateful to be building with such a special group!
We're excited to welcome Lais Najjar, OLY to the Agave team! 👋 Lais recently graduated from the University of Michigan, where he was part of the National Championship-winning men’s gymnastics team. He’s been competing in gymnastics since the age of 7 and also made history as the first Syrian athlete to qualify for the Olympics in men’s gymnastics. While at Michigan, Lais also co-founded thedublease.com, a marketplace that helps college students find subleases (because apparently being an Olympian wasn't enough to stay busy!) Outside of work, Lais loves being active outdoors, spending time in nature, and throwing a frisbee whenever possible. Welcome to the team, Lais! 🚀
We're excited to welcome another awesome engineering hire to the team -- welcome Jordan Chow! 👋 Jordan grew up near Toronto, Canada and studied Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo. During school he studied abroad in Madrid, worked remotely from Hawaii, and traveled all across Asia. In his free time, Jordan spends as much time outdoors as possible. You’ll likely find him surfing, camping, skiing, playing soccer, or exploring the city’s food scene (restaurant recommendations encouraged). Welcome to Agave, Jordan!
