A few standout achievements from the first quarter: 📊 Financial momentum: We delivered €5.5B in revenue and €146M in underlying EBITA, fueled by strong operational performance—including a standout 8% growth in our US Operational business. 🎯 Growth through Specialization: Our focused approach is paying off, helping us secure over €600 million in new client wins in Q1 alone. 💻 Digital Marketplaces: We are putting more control directly into the hands of our workforce. This quarter, we successfully went live with our digital marketplace in the UK, and across our active markets, talent self-scheduled 1.45 million shifts. 🤝 The Human Premium: While we continue to scale our technology, we know the ultimate scarcity premium is genuine human connection.
