100x increase in traffic 🤯 That’s what happened after Vooma launched their new site in Webflow. Vooma is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in logistics, building agents that automate freight operations for brokers and carriers nationwide. They needed a digital presence that reflected that momentum. The new vooma.com does exactly that. From high-impact visuals to custom animations and a seamless build, every detail was crafted to elevate the brand and turn the site into a true growth engine. #MadeInWebflow, start to finish in just 8 weeks. Kudos to the team that brought the site to life: Brand: Primary Web Design: Timothy Boros Creative Direction: Benten Woodring Development: Devin Fountain Animation: Valerio Vazquez

  • From hours to respond to a spot quote to minutes. How much opportunity is sitting in your inbox? How much was lost because you couldn't get a quote out in time? While the team was building a load, trying to cover it, or firefighting another issue, a quote came in and they couldn't respond. Steve Linder and the team at WorldWide Logistics ran into this problem and were sitting on quotes for two to three hours. With Vooma, they've cut that down to eight to nine minutes on average, and are moving toward fully touchless responses. The faster you respond, the more likely you are to win and every quote you don't respond to is an opportunity that slipped away.

  • Your best people are drowning in your least valuable work. Your top brokers didn't get into this business to copy-paste load details and build quotes all day. They got into it to win customers and move freight. But that's not how most of them spend their time. Steve Linder from WorldWide Logistics put it simply: they brought in Vooma to take the manual, repetitive tasks off their team's plate so their people could get back on the phone with customers and go find new opportunities. The result? Quote building time dropped significantly. Autodrafts now do the work while reps are on calls or at lunch. They come back, the quote's ready, and their time is spent building relationships and winning freight not punching keys.

  • Most Enterprises deploy AI and hope for the best. WWEX runs every initiative through three filters before it gets a dollar. Jonathan Drouin broke down their framework on The Freight Show: -> Will it improve customer retention? Their best performing AI projects are ones where the customer never knows AI is involved. Faster quote responses, cleaner communication, better follow-through. No friction, just a better experience. That's retention work, not a science project. -> Will it grow net margin? Jonathan's talked to peers who deploy AI and when he asks what the outcome was, the answer is "quality of life got better." His response: what does that mean? His team sets KPIs on day one. Every active AI project gets reviewed in a steerco every two weeks. If the numbers aren't tracking, they adjust or kill it. -> Will it reduce cost to serve? They map workflows before they build anything. Team by team, task by task. How many clicks, how much time, how many people touching it. If the math doesn't pencil on paper, they don't greenlight it. If a project can't clearly tie to one of those three, it doesn't move forward. Over a dozen initiatives last year and that discipline is the reason the ones that worked actually delivered.

90% of Evans Transportation non-integrated orders are entered automatically by Vooma. Not only does that mean a team once dedicated full-time to load building can be reallocated to revenue-generating activities, but it also means all tasks downstream can be completed faster: - Loads can be covered and moved off the board faster - Better appointment slots get locked in - Documents get collected earlier, which speeds up billing The whole quote-to-cash cycle compresses, leading to better customer experience and fewer things falling through the cracks.
