As of April 2nd, a terrific law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to service attorneys within the New York office. The BD Specialist will be responsible for:
Working directly with attorneys across practices on the creation and execution of business development and marketing initiatives.
Preparing tailored pitches, proposals, and responses to RFPs for distribution to clients.
Executing legal directory submissions for profile-raising.
Creating marketing and other promotional materials as well as generating content for the firm’s website.
Preparing research on existing and prospective clients.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of business development experience within a law firm or other professional services setting.
A proactive work ethic and strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Ability to draft creative RFPs and other practice-specific pitch materials.
A collaborative and creative approach to marketing.
