The Role
We’re hiring a Client Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role responsible for managing client relationships, driving pipeline health, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, while also leading sourcing and screening efforts and guiding Talent Partners supporting your searches.
This role is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to directly tie their earnings to results.
What You’ll Do
Own delivery across a portfolio of client searches, ensuring consistent progress and high-quality outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, responsive, and professional communication
Lead intake and calibration sessions to deeply understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source, screen, and assess candidates for both technical (engineering, product) and GTM (sales, marketing, operations) roles
Maintain strong pipeline health across all active searches, ensuring candidates are progressing efficiently
Act as the final quality gate for candidate submissions — ensuring only well-qualified candidates are presented to clients
Provide direction and feedback to Talent Partners supporting your searches, including guidance on sourcing strategy and candidate quality
Monitor funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates across stages
Identify risks early and adjust search strategies to keep roles on track
Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes and overall performance
Who You Are
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality over quantity
Analytical and comfortable evaluating pipeline performance
Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to move quickly and independently
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Motivated by performance and interested in a role with uncapped earning potential
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or search (agency or in-house)
Experience managing client relationships or hiring managers
Familiarity with technical and/or GTM hiring
Strong sourcing and research skills (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools)
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 base salary
Uncapped commission tied to placements and performance
