Frontend/Full-Stack Engineer

What You'll Do As a founding frontend/full-stack engineer at Peppr AI, you'll own features end-to-end—from UI/UX design through implementation—creating the interfaces that make our agentic AI platform intuitive and powerful for enterprise users. You'll work with React, shadcn, react-router, and FastAPI to build polished experiences that seamlessly integrate with our AI backend systems.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Design and ship polished interfaces with React, shadcn, and react-router
• Take ownership of full features: mockup → implementation → QA → deployment
• Collaborate closely with product & design teams to craft delightful user experiences
• Build reusable, scalable frontend architecture and consistent design systems
• Optionally tie in backend work using FastAPI and PostgreSQL to deliver complete solutions
  
  

Required

What We're Looking For We're seeking a proactive engineer who can own features end-to-end and ship fast in a dynamic startup environment. You should have:

• 3+ years shipping production React applications with strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills
• Experience with UI libraries/components (shadcn or similar frameworks)
• Familiarity with react-router, state management, form handling, and responsive design
• Basic design sense—experience in Figma, design systems, or styling frameworks
• Bonus: Experience building UI for AI-driven workflows or agent interfaces
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Backend experience with FastAPI or Python for full-stack development
• Production experience with Docker, CI/CD, and some AWS or Kubernetes basics
• A product mindset and experience shipping end-to-end features
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup environment
