Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our organization. This position is ideal for someone who is organized and eager to support multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain fully stocked and operational staff workrooms, break rooms, and printers on a daily basis.

• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to staff promptly and accurately.

• Assist in the setup, takedown, and execution events.

• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively document and resolve issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.

• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
