Position: Product Validation Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop evaluation frameworks to assess AI product outputs from a user experience perspective.
• Analyze evaluation tasks to identify issues impacting user experience, safety, and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product validation criteria and standards.
• Translate user insights into actionable feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and usability.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor product usage trends and proactively identify emerging risks or UX concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product validation, user experience evaluation, or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high clarity and precision.
• Ability to design and apply structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying risks and usability issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and remote environments.
• Proficiency in documenting complex insights in an actionable and user-friendly format.
• Adaptability to fast-paced projects and evolving product requirements.
