Project Engineer – Multifamily / Mixed-Use | Phoenix


I am currently partnered with a top-tier multifamily developer / builder to support the growth of their Phoenix team, and we are actively looking to secure a Project Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of high-density residential and mixed-use projects, offering clear progression into Project Management.


The Role:

  • Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents across the full project lifecycle
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Assisting with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
  • Supporting cost tracking, reporting, and change management processes
  • Attending client/architect meetings and contributing to project delivery


What they are looking for:

  • 1–3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or similar
  • Experience within multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exposure to Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
