Quantitative Analyst

Our client a growing ETF based Investment firm is seeking a Portfolio Associate to support the Portfolio Management team, working closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure the efficient execution, monitoring, and operational integrity of their strategies. This role is critical to the day-to-day investment process, combining trade execution support, portfolio analytics, and operational coordination.

Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager and collaborating with operations, compliance, and trading counterparties, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining portfolio accuracy, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring timely and compliant trade execution.

You will operate at the intersection of portfolio management, trading, and operations, requiring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a deep interest in financial markets.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver actionable portfolio intelligence: Produce and maintain portfolio analytics, risk reports, and attribution summaries that support investment decision-making and portfolio oversight.
• Automate and improve workflows: Develop scalable analytics frameworks and automation solutions to streamline reporting and trade flow.
• Support trade execution and implementation: Assist with trade sizing and execution across ETFs and underlying instruments, ensuring trades are executed precisely, on time, and within portfolio guidelines.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis: Monitor market developments, macroeconomic indicators, and sector trends to support portfolio decisions and identify risk drivers
• Prepare stakeholder reporting: Assist in preparing internal reporting materials for senior management and external stakeholders, translating complex portfolio data into clear, actionable summaries.
