Our client, a fast-growing fintech company, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team! This is a post-sale, relationship-focused role where you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, deepen adoption, drive renewals, and uncover new growth opportunities in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Location: Fully Onsite, Manhattan, NY
Compensation: 160k base, 220k OTE
Responsibilities:
Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients
Advise senior stakeholders and turn insights into actionable strategies
Lead renewals and identify upsell/expansion opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback
Track key metrics and communicate ROI clearly
Qualifications:
4-5+ years in account management, partnerships, or customer success
Experience managing high-value accounts with proven retention/expansion results
SaaS experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with senior leaders and navigate complex organizations
