Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Consultant with TBR Strategies LLC. The position requires extensive travel within the United States. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for assessing client processes, designing and implementing Total Process Reliability (TPR) programs, and collaborating with client teams to align their operations for optimal equipment and asset performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, facilitating training sessions, developing asset management strategies, and providing hands-on support to ensure business process improvements are embedded across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operational assessment, process improvement, and Total Process Reliability methodologies
• Strong expertise in maintenance planning, inventory control, asset management, and equipment reliability
• Experience in engaging and training cross-functional teams, including management and operations staff
• Skilled in project management and time management
• Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant work experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Flexibility to travel within the United States
• Certifications in maintenance and reliability (e.g., CMRP, CPRE, CPS, CMS, CMDA, PMP) are advantageous
