Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to join their team. Summary: The client is seeking a highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead the rollout of an enhanced problem-management practice across varying areas. This role is highly visible and execution-focused, responsible for driving accountability, tracking value delivered, and ensuring recurring issues are resolved-not just reported. This is not a traditional reporting PM role. This individual will operate at a senior level, leading recurring conversations up to VP leadership, pushing follow-through, and serving as the connective tissue between teams and executives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead recurring problem-management meetings with senior leadership (including VP level)
Track And Report On
What issues are being fixed
Ownership and accountability
Past-due items and escalations
Business value delivered from resolved problems
Drive follow-up and execution across multiple teams without direct authority
Partner closely with functional leaders to ensure problems are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved
Ensure consistent communication, transparency, and cadence around progress and outcomes
Help reduce recurring incidents and level of effort by driving disciplined problem resolution
Establish a scalable foundation for future AI-enabled problem identification and automation
Requirements
Strong background in project management, operations, problem management, or similar execution-focused roles
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
Proven ability to lead meetings, drive accountability, and escalate when necessary
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in high-visibility environments
Self-starter mindset with the ability to push initiatives forward independently
Experience tracking outcomes and value delivery
Preferred Skills
Experience with problem management, incident management, or operational transformation
Exposure to supply chain, retail, or large enterprise environments
Familiarity or interest in AI-enabled operations or automation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
