We’re hiring THE BEST IN THE WORLD senior executive to own and scale the engine that drives our eCommerce growth.
The Opportunity
The VP of eCommerce is the senior leader accountable for site performance, customer acquisition, retention, and end-to-end eCommerce marketing execution. You’ll set the strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes: higher conversion, lower CAC, stronger LTV, and a world-class customer experience.
You will directly lead the eCommerce, Marketing, and Content functions and partner closely with Product, Creative, Engineering/Development, Analytics, and Operations.
What You’ll Own
Enterprise Growth Strategy: Build and execute the eCommerce growth roadmap across acquisition, retention, and full-funnel performance.
Site & Funnel Performance: Improve conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and onsite revenue through testing, merchandising, CRO, and funnel optimization.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive efficient scale while reducing CAC and improving cohort performance and repeat purchase behavior.
Team Leadership: Develop high-performing leaders across marketing, UX/UI, web ops, and growth initiatives.
Data & KPI Rigor: Establish the operating cadence, dashboards, and performance accountability across teams.
Customer Experience Excellence: Own the digital experience across all touchpoints—site, landing pages, checkout, post-purchase, and subscription flows.
Cross-Functional Execution: Align marketing, creative, web, and operations to ship fast, iterate often, and win the week.
Innovation & Competitive Edge: Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, platforms, and emerging tactics that translate into revenue and margin.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years leading growth/eCommerce in a DTC eCommerce environment with clear, provable performance outcomes
Strong experience partnering with design + development teams (including distributed/overseas teams)
Proven ability to lead end-to-end product and web initiatives: roadmaps, sprint planning, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria
Confident in technical and analytical conversations: data flows, eCommerce + payments + analytics stacks, data warehouses/back-end systems
Executive-level communication: can influence, align, and drive decisions across departments
High-velocity operator: decisive, accountable, and comfortable iterating quickly

Compensation
Base salary is competitive and will be determined at the offer stage based on experience and demonstrated fit for the scope of this role. Total compensation includes base + performance-based incentives.
