Vice President Operations

zTrip (WHC Worldwide) is the nation’s largest taxi operator, delivering reliable, technology‑driven transportation solutions across more than 25 U.S. markets. We are seeking a dynamic VP of Operations to lead our Louisville market, with full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, and team leadership.

• Lead all operational activities for the Louisville market
• Maintain full ownership of P&L performance and financial results
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop employees and independent contractors
• Ensure fleet readiness through preventive maintenance and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with customers, city officials, and community stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Use KPIs and performance metrics to guide decision‑making and continuous improvement
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget with a focus on cost control
• Support contract negotiations and new business development initiatives
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellence
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, engagement, and talent development

• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in transportation, operations, or general management
• Proven success managing full P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and foster a high‑performance culture
• Strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
