AI is everywhere - but that doesn’t mean it belongs everywhere. Many businesses rush to integrate AI into their software, expecting instant results. But without the right use case, data, or strategy, AI can quickly become an expensive and unnecessary layer. The real value of AI comes when it’s applied to problems that involve 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚, 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 - not simple workflows or basic systems. Successful products don’t use AI for hype. They use it where it creates real, measurable impact. Everyone is talking about AI in the enterprise. Very few organizations are actually deploying it. Here's what I'm seeing after building production AI systems for enterprise clients: The bottleneck is never the technology. It's the same thing that kills every enterprise program — unclear ownership, process gaps that nobody documented, and integration points that were assumed, not mapped. In the old days we would say "to err is human, but to really foul things up takes a compter". 1000x that with AI. AI doesn't fix a broken process. It accelerates it. The organizations getting real ROI from automation right now share one trait: they did the unglamorous work first. Workflow documentation. Data ownership. Stakeholder alignment. The stuff that looks like consulting homework but is actually the whole game. #EnterpriseAI #OperationalExcellence #ProcessAutomation #DigitalTransformation

By 2028, 33% of enterprise software applications will include #agentic #AI, up from less than 1% in 2024, enabling 15% of day-to-day work decisions to be made autonomously. What this means for organizations: 🚀 Workflows become autonomous, not just automated 🔍 Disparate data is unified into actionable insights 💡 Generating and evaluating ideas in minutes 🤝 Teams will collaborate directly with AI experts Learn more in our AI Agent handbook: https://lnkd.in/ewGYgYw7 #AIagents #GoogleAI #Gemini #GeminiEnterprise

A noticeable shift across the software industry: AI is quickly moving from being a feature to becoming core infrastructure inside products. Search, analytics, support, automation, development tools, almost every category is integrating AI capabilities. The question for software companies is no longer: “Should we use AI?” It is: “Where does AI create real value for users?” #AI #SoftwareIndustry #TechnologyTrends #CTO

Most enterprise AI projects don’t fail because of models. They fail much earlier. From what I’ve seen, the issues are usually: • Unclear problem framing • Weak data readiness • No integration into real workflows • Lack of ownership after deployment The model is rarely the bottleneck. It’s the system around it. We’re spending a lot of time evaluating models… and not enough time designing how they actually operate in the enterprise. AI doesn’t fail in isolation. It fails in context. #EnterpriseAI #AIArchitecture #AITransformation #DataStrategy #AIStrategy

The AI lab era is over. The enterprise software war has begun. 🚀 Today's news confirms what builders saw coming: the leading AI companies are no longer just research outfits. They are now full-scale enterprise software giants. This isn't about better chatbots. It's about a fundamental shift in how business value is created. The real transformation story is playing out in the boardrooms of every legacy corporation. Before, AI was a cost center, a speculative R&D project with unclear ROI. After, it's becoming the core operational system. The winners won't be those with the smartest models, but those who can best package intelligence into existing workflows, turning scale into an unassailable business moat. Most are missing the strategic angle. This isn't a head-on battle to beat Microsoft or OpenAI in every category. It's about finding the wedge. It's about using AI to solve a single, critical workflow so perfectly that you own the entire process, and then expanding from there. That's how defensible empires are built. The transition from lab to enterprise is the only metric that matters now. Are you building for demos, or for daily business operations? #BusinessStrategy #AI #Enterprise #Leadership

Think AI means rewriting your entire codebase? Think again. Most businesses hesitate to adopt AI for one reason: 👉 “It’ll disrupt everything we’ve already built.” That’s the myth. AI agents don’t replace your systems — they work with them. Here’s how 👇 ✔ Code Coexistence No rip-and-replace. AI layers on top of your existing stack. Example: Automate customer support queries → free your team for high- value conversations. ✔ Incremental Innovation No drastic overhaul. Just smarter enhancements. Example: AI analyzes customer feedback → spots patterns → suggests targeted improvements. ✔ Efficiency Elevation No more repetitive bottlenecks. Just faster, cleaner execution. Example: Automate invoice processing → verify data → flag errors → reduce manual workload. AI isn’t about starting over. It’s about upgrading what already works. So the real question is: 👉 Where can AI quietly 10x your current operations? 📩 Reach out to explore how AI agents can fit into your existing systems without the chaos. #AIAgents #BusinessTransformation #IncrementalInnovation #EfficiencyElevation #AIIntegration

Generic AI won't give you a competitive edge. Your data will. I've been noticing a pattern with businesses that are getting the most out of AI right now and it's not the ones using the fanciest tools. Most companies are treating AI like a subscription. Plug it in, ask it questions, get generic answers. Useful enough. But not distinctly "theirs". What's catching my attention is what happens when a business stops borrowing someone else's intelligence and starts feeding a model its own stuff: its customer history, internal processes, the way decisions actually get made on the floor. One network hardware company did this with their codebase. Their internal systems used proprietary languages that off-the-shelf models simply didn't understand. Once they trained a model on their own development patterns, it stopped being a general assistant and started functioning like a senior engineer who'd been there for years. That's the shift I keep coming back to. There's a difference between AI that can answer questions and AI that understands "your" business well enough to think inside it. For most SMBs, this doesn't mean building a model from scratch. It means being intentional about what you feed it, your SOPs, your client notes, your product knowledge, so it reflects your logic, not someone else's average. The businesses treating their own data as raw material are the ones quietly pulling ahead. What part of your business do you think holds the most untapped knowledge that an AI has never seen? #AIStrategy #SmallBusiness #Automation #AIImplementation #BusinessGrowth
