Howard Watson has been one of those rare figures who combined deep technical judgement with the ability to move a large organisation forward - not an easy balance to strike. The Tech Fellowship is a particularly important part of that legacy. It’s one thing to deliver in the moment; it’s quite another to leave behind something that keeps raising the standard long after you’ve stepped away.
