Searching for the right enterprise platform sometimes feels like a game of ‘21 Questions.' But Delivery Hero found the balance they needed, and unified 40,000 global employees, on Atlassian Cloud Enterprise. Asking all the hard questions paid off: they saw a 69% cost savings and a 40% faster migration than originally planned, according to Jousef Waggad, Atlassian Administrator. ✨ Check out the full story below, in the comments. 👇

Rovo is getting much better for my Confluence whiteboard use case A few weeks ago, I was still pretty skeptical about Rovo. Even simple tasks often did not lead to satisfying results. That has changed. I can see the improvement most clearly in Create with Rovo in Confluence when generating whiteboards. That is one of the use cases I currently like most. The layouts are still often block based, but the visual output already feels much more useful than a plain text heavy Confluence page. For me, that is where Rovo starts to become genuinely helpful. Not just producing text, but creating something easier to grasp and work with. What is your favourite Rovo use case?

At Atlassian, we’re approaching AI as a cultural transformation first, and a technology shift second. With this, I'm excited to share my role is expanding to Chief People and AI Enablement Officer, leading our People & Transformations organisation. This brings together our People team, Atlassian Customer Engineering – the internal organisation powering how Atlassian itself runs (engineering, data science, research insights, customer tech support and Strategic Initiatives.) In this role, I’ll be focused on unlocking the potential of every Atlassian by pairing cultural and technology transformation together. That means doubling down on enablement and experimentation, weaving AI into essential workflows, and keeping responsible technology use and skills development at the core of how we work. I'm energised to lean into this next chapter alongside our extraordinary team, and continue shaping a future where human potential and innovation flourish together. 💙 For those of you on a similar journey, I would love to share some learnings on how to help unblock the path forward for similar transformations. Please reach out!

The future of work at Atlassian isn’t about using AI as a tool—it’s about AI becoming part of how every team thinks, decides, and delivers. Our journey to becoming an AI-native organization is built on two pillars: 1️⃣ the leaders who champion change 2️⃣ the workflows where AI is woven into how work gets done See how our people, product, and marketing teams are using Rovo and the Atlassian System of Work to build our internal blueprint for an AI-native culture. By pairing human ingenuity with intelligence, we’re driving real business impact and lasting cultural change. This is how we’re redefining what it means for teams to work together. 🤝

Loom 💙 posts like this one feel like a warm hug 🤗

Is there a tool you use that you try to convince everyone and their mothers to adopt? That’s Loom for me. Every phase of my career, I’ve somehow found a use case to record Loom videos. Even when I was deep in the job hunt for a few months, Loom was my go-to tool to help me stand out. And now that I’m in a completely different time zone during this digital nomad journey of mine, you already know I’ve been using Loom for async comms. That’s why I’m so stoked to have received this Loom gift box in the mail 🎁 Thank you Loom and Creator Match 🧩 for this nice surprise! You’ve got yourself a lifelong Loom advocate 🤝

Strategy docs don't drive change. Operating models do. 80% of leaders say their strategy is clear, yet only 11% of work is actually linked to it. In our new report, “Leading the human + AI enterprise,” we reveal why most orgs can't pivot fast enough—and how a live operating model connecting strategy, work, people, and capital can close the execution gap. The question isn't if your strategy is right. It's if your organization can move when it shifts.
